Gadget Break: Return Policy

At Gadget Break, we are committed to making your return and warranty processing as smooth as possible. Below are the detailed terms and conditions governing our processes:

RMA Process

Submitting an RMA:

    • Log into your account to create a return and send us your product.
    • An automated system will generate a label (if requested), notify you of questions, and provide updates on your return status.
    • Returns not submitted online may experience delays.

RMA Insurance:

    • We offer RMA insurance at $1.00 per $100 of value, protecting your return if lost or damaged during shipping (requires use of our return label).

Rejected Items:

    • Items not meeting return criteria will be rejected. You can request rejected items to be returned for a fee of $10 or they will be disposed of after 15 days.

Labels:

    • One free return label is provided for every $500 spent in the prior month (up to 4 labels). Additional labels can be purchased for $5.

Warranty and Return Policies

Recurring Clients:

    • Items purchased within the last 60 days are eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchanges. Items older than 60 days will not be accepted unless under specific warranty conditions.

Non-Recurring Clients:

    • Warranty coverage extends to 60 days for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Defective Items:

    • Covered under warranty. Please submit a picture and details during the RMA process.

Defective Batteries:

    • Covered for one year. Do not ship back defective batteries due to safety reasons; send a picture for processing.

Devices:

    • Covered by a 60-day warranty for functional issues. Buyer’s remorse is accepted within this period. Damage due to independent usage or exposure to water/moisture is not covered.

Protection Pro and Service Packs:

    • Films with defects like bubbles or lifting are covered under warranty. Machines must have recent film purchases for warranty eligibility. Service Packs are only eligible for return if unused or incorrectly ordered.

Special Categories

Smart Home Products:

    • Warranty is handled directly by manufacturers.
    • Warranty periods vary by brand: iView (6 months), Eufy (1 year), Ultraloq (1 year), Kasa Smart (2 years).

Laser Machines (TBK and LS2):

      • TBK: 90-day parts warranty and 12 months of free tech support. Refunds accepted within 30 days.
      • LS2: One-year parts and repair warranty, with refunds accepted within 30 days.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unused, in resellable condition, and in original packaging.
  • Items with damaged packaging may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Items with torn flexes, broken glass, or damage during installation will not be covered.

General Notes

Order Discrepancies:

    • Report any issues (e.g., damaged, incorrect items) within 5 days of receiving your order.
    • Email info@gadgetbreak.com with relevant details and pictures for quick resolution.

Policy Abuse:

    • Excessive RMAs exceeding 25% of the previous 90-day purchase total may be considered abuse and subject to stricter policies.

Policy Changes:

    • Gadget Break reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice.

Warranty Voids:

    • Removal or covering of Gadget Break stickers or stamps voids the warranty.

Store Credit Transfers:

    • Transfers are subject to a 15% service fee and cannot be sold or transferred to other accounts.
